Blizzard Voice Chat Cannot Connect to Voice Server Right Now Please Try Again

I hope I'thou posting this in the right place. I can't login on the battle.net client, I tin log into discord, but if I am to join a vocalisation channel, i get an RTC Connecting/No Road message. I can surf the web on my web browser only fine, watch youtube, picket twitch streams etc with no consequence. All these services piece of work on my other computers and devices. When i attempt to ping my router or google's dns i go this:
ping viii.8.4.iv
Pinging eight.eight.4.4 with 32 bytes of data:
Asking timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Asking timed out.
Ping statistics for 8.viii.4.4:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

I really have no idea what'southward going on. Hopefully some helpful data below.

I forgot to add I'g on windows 7 and I already tried disabling my windows firewall.

i can load the link merely fine. When i say I cannot connect to Battle.internet i mean i cannot log in with their customer or any of the games (battle.net desktop application https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/25949)
i cleared browser cache and deleted cookies, flushed dns and reset router. Notwithstanding cannot connect. I am pretty sure all VOIP apps don't work for me either, non just discord.

Did you really reset router or but cut the power to it? Be sure to secure the router if you did a reset.
One other affair worth trying is changing your DNS provider. One that I use is Windows 7 : OpenDNS
I've seen ALL of the things I take mentioned above crusade the problem you have.
If changing DNS server doesn't fix the problem then I am out of suggestions.....except...is there any chance
that website has blocked you? Take you attempted to log on using a different computer with a different IP?

I can log into the service with my telephone's cyberspace. And I can log in at a friends firm, simply trying to use discord/boxing.net on any computer on my current router does not work. If I boot into ubuntu, I still get the same result, so I know its not a windows problem. I power cycled my router, and waited 5 minutes while it was off earlier turning information technology back on. I did non attempt to revert the router to factory settings.

Power cycling won't practise the trick. If yous would rather not exercise a reset....connect directly to your modem by cable if that is possible.

Okay....and so am I but through my router. I suggested bypassing the router if possible. Do yous accept a philharmonic router and modem
or 2 separate pieces of hardware?

I am pretty sure it is a combo. It is mi424wr verizon router and I meet a coax cablevision plugged into the dorsum of it.

Is there any chance that something like a parental command program or netgear genie has been used to block that site? Are you an adult
and is the router owner a family member or is this a shared router past multiple tenants?
Information technology is possible that the owner of the router has blocked game websites and other intensive employ websites.
